The bridal company was absolutely wonderful. They took all the time in the world to make sure I got a dress I loved. Due to my health issues I was able to have plenty of rest breaks between trying on dresses and they even added in some that were similar to the dresses I had picked out to ensure I really got the best one. I couldn’t have felt any better at the appointment, no rush at all and I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Ended up finding my dream dress and I can’t wait to pick it up

Absolute saviours ! My original wedding dress was looking like it may not make it in time for my wedding so I hurriedly took myself to The Bridal Company for a back up dress on the little budget I had left. IT TURNED OUT PERFECT ! I ended up being able to use the dress for my reception (as the original pulled through) AND IT DIDN'T DISAPPOINT ! I had so many compliments on it ! The team at The Bridal Company were SO lovely, accomodating to my tight dates and overall had a great experience given the circumstances ! I booked for my bridesmaids to try on dresses & from the get go did not feel welcome at all. We walked in & all staff seemed flustered & not wanting to help us as we were trying on bridesmaids dresses & not a bridal gown. We were told to start looking at dresses until a consultant was available, which we did (very small selection). After some time I decided to approach one of the girls (there were some very young staff) & asked if we were ok to be looking at the dresses & doing what we were doing. She said yes. After another 5 minutes or so, an older, short lady approached us extremely flustered & abruptly asked what we were doing & when my wedding was. After repeating myself twice, she stormed off & took the girls dresses & then told us to all sit on the couch while we wait for a change room to become available. The consultant stormed back to us & didn’t know who the bride was by the time she came back to us and rudely announced my wedding date to the room (lol - why?). The girls began trying on dresses & said they felt rushed the entire time. The sales consultant hung around like a bad smell as if we were going to make a runner with the dresses. Really horrible experience that put a sour taste in our mouths. I can guarantee I will never recommend this place to any bride or bridesmaids to be. Awful experience.

Bought my wedding dress (Glenda) from here and all I can say is that I am so over the moon ecstatic that I came to The Bridal Company. The staff are super kind, so helpful and very supportive of the certain look you're after. Not to mention that the dress I ended up choosing, wasn't even chosen by me browsing the website or the racks, but because one of the staff recommended it to me after trying on a few dresses I picked out that just didn't feel like "the one". I am so happy with their service and I even bought my veil here too. I cannot thank the staff here enough for providing me with the perfect wedding dress and veil, which were both so beautifully detailed. Our wedding was on June 2 and the compliments on this dress were just endless. If I could give you 10/10 stars I would. Thank you again, The Bridal Company.

Such an incredible experience with exquisite dresses! I had my bridal appointment with Alesha this afternoon and she went above and beyond to find my perfect dress. She was so honest about cost, alterations, time frames and the entire process along the way. Alesha was so patient as I was trying and re-trying dresses and did an excellent job of fitting them to my shape so I could get a real feel of how the dress will sit. After seeing my style she picked out the most incredible dress that was perfect for me and had everything I was looking for and more! They have a stunning range of unique dresses and styles and great prices! I couldn’t recommend Alesha and The Bridal Company enough!
